You are hereby summoned to attend the next meeting of ANCASTER PARISH COUNCIL to be held on 18 FEBRUARY 2019 in Ancaster Parish Hall Annexe at 7.30pm
Prior to the commencement of the meeting there will be a 10-minute Public Forum when members of the public may address or put questions to the Parish Council on any matter connected with the Agenda, or for inclusion on a future Agenda. They are welcome to stay after the conclusion of the Open Forum but not allowed to take any further part in the meeting.

1. Chairman’s Welcome and Housekeeping Arrangements.
2. Apologies for Absence To receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given to the Parish Clerk prior to the meeting.
3. Declarations of Interest To receive Declarations of Interest under the Localism Act 2011- being any pecuniary or non-pecuniary Interest in Agenda items not previously noted on Members’ Register of Interest and any written requests for dispensation.
4. To approve and accept as a true record the notes of the meeting of the Council held on 21 JANUARY 2019 and to authorise the Chairman to sign the official minutes.

e. Confirmation email domain has been cancelled with Krystal and now with Proweb
f. Update on refurbishment of Sudbrook Phone Box
g. To increase loan agreement of Deae Matres Sculpture, Milestone and Altar Stone to Lincolnshire Heritage Services for a further 5 years
h. Confirmation the books are with the Internal Auditor – report next meeting
i. To discuss the possibility of a parish skip

d. To discuss report from Utility Aid
e. To confirm a cheque for £780 from the Margaret Brown Trust for the defibrillator had been received. A letter of thanks had been sent
