You are hereby summoned to attend the next meeting of ANCASTER, SUDBROOK AND WEST WILLOUGHBY PARISH COUNCIL which will take place via ZOOM on Monday 19 April 2021 at 7.30pm

The meeting will begin with a 10-minute Public Forum. Anyone wishing to attend the virtual meeting should email the Parish Clerk denise.gascoyne@ancasterpc.org by Friday 16 April 2021 and an invitation will be sent.

1.    Chairman’s Welcome and Housekeeping Arrangements.

2.    Apologies for Absence: To receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given to the Parish Clerk prior to the meeting.

3.    Declarations of Interest: To receive Declarations of Interest under the Localism Act 2011 – being any pecuniary or non-pecuniary interest in Agenda items not previously noted on Members’ Register of interest and any written requests for dispensation.

4.    To approve and accept as a true record the notes of the meeting of the Council held on 15 March 2021 and to authorise the Chairman to sign the official minutes.

b.    To resolve to approve Staff BACS Payments as per the approval list – circulated to Cllrs prior to the meeting.

d.    Request for donation for Around Ancaster.
e.    Confirmation ICCM fees 2021/2022 remain the same and agreement to continue membership.
f.    Confirmation VAT repayment request has been submitted.

13.    Planning: To consider and make observations on all planning applications.
a.    Update re land northside of Willoughby Road.
b.    PL/0034 Formation of Solid Recovered Fuel(SRF)Bale storage areas. New Earth Solutions(West)Ltd  (Adjoining parish consultation)
c.    PL/0035 To vary condition 4 of planning permission to increase height of externally stacked bales of solid recovered fuel(SRF) from 4metres to 4.5metres(Adjoining parish consultation) New Earth Solutions(West)Ltd.
d.    Notification of timetable for Order - Addition of Restricted Byway 1156 and record part of restricted Byway 12 with a width. Definitive Map Modification Order 2019.
e.    S21/0121 Planning permission for variation of condition 2 Beechwood House West Willoughby.
f.    S20/2193 Planning permission for single storey rear extension 25 Angel Court.
g.    Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 – Section 53. Addition of Restricted Byway 1156 and record part of restricted by way with a width – circulated to all  Cllrs.

14.    Parish Hall:
Government guidance permits Parish Hall to open fully as from 21 June.
